Appointments & Booking Policy
Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we simply ask for as much notice as possible.

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need ti cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• More than 48 hours notice – Your appointment can be rescheduled at no charge .

• Less than 24 hours notice or failure to attend – A fee 50% of your booked service will apply

• Cancellaton fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked. Clients who repeatedly cancel at short notice or fail to attend appointments mat be required to prepay future appointments.

We appreciate your understanding, as last-minute cancellations leave little opportunity to offer your appointment to another guest.

No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your appointment without notice, 100% of the booked service will be payable before any future appointments can be made.

Arriving for Your Appointment
Please arrive on time so your appointment can begin as scheduled. Arriving promptly allows us to provide the full Rattle + Spur experience while respecting the appointments of every guest throughout the day.

Little Cowboys & Cowgirls
We absolutely adore children and they’re always welcome. To help maintain the relaxing atmosphere of the salon, we kindly ask that little ones remain supervised and have quiet activities to keep them entertained throughout your appointment.

Our Service Promise
Your happiness is incredibly important to us. Every service is thoughtfully customised using professional products, expert techniques and genuine care. If you have any concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. Where appropriate, we will gladly arrange a complimentary adjustment.

Please note:

• Complimentary adjustments are intended to refine the original service.

• They do not apply to a change of mind after your appointment.

• All services are non-refundable.

• Corrective appointments must be approved by management and completed within 5 days of the original appointment.

For significant colour transformations, colour corrections or previous box colour, multiple appointments may be required to safely achieve your desired result while maintaining the health of your hair.

We respectfully reserve the right to decline or discontinue any service where behaviour is considered inappropriate, unsafe or disrespectful.

Online Bookings
Booking online is quick and convenient. Appointments are confirmed once you receive your confirmation notification. If you haven’t received confirmation, your booking has not yet been secured. If you’re ever unsure, simply give us a call or send us a message—we’re always happy to help.

Gift Certificate Policy
Gift Certificates are the perfect way to spoil someone special.

• Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Redeemable on all hair services and retail products.

• Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

  Must be presented at your appointment.

• Lost certificates may be replaced where proof of purchase can be provided.

As appointments book well in advance, we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
